How to calm down by take 5

when you get angry first step is you need to stretch your arms out like a star then you want to get the point of your finger of your other hand ready to trace your fingers  up and down When you have done that you do this one slide up each finger slowly-slide down the other side if you can't do that one here is another you can breathe in through your nose -out through you mouth then if you have done that one put it together and breathe and breathe in as you slide up and breathe out as you slide down

Keep going until you have finished tracing your hand
